Sophie documentation for version 1.0 is available for download as a PDF (2.3 Mb). This isn't the final version – we'll have it in Sophie very soon – though it should make working with Sophie easier. Please point out mistakes or things that are unclear!
You might also take a look at our tutorials page, which includes tutorials that run in Sophie as well as videos showing how to do basic things with Sophie.
